DeepVoice attaches great importance to your privacy and the protection of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information.

When you use DeepVoice, we may collect the following types of information:

• 1.1 Account Information: When you register an account, we collect your phone number (used for account registration and security verification), username, registration ID, device information, email, login time, login IP, etc.
• 1.2 Usage Data: To improve user experience, we may collect your device model, operating system version, operation logs, usage time, and other related data.
• 1.3 Voice and Text Data: When you use the voice recognition or translation features, we may collect your voice input and text input solely to provide the required services. This data will not be used for other purposes.
• 1.4 Location Data: If you authorize us, we may collect your location information to provide location-based services.
• 1.5 Sensor Information: To implement motion recording related functions, the App may read the device's motion sensor information after obtaining your authorization, used for obtaining step counts and determining motion status.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide core functions such as voice recognition, translation, and intelligent interaction;
• Optimize user experience and analyze application usage;
• Ensure application security, prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access;

• 3.1 Retention Period: We will store your personal information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
• 3.2 Data Storage Location: Unless otherwise required by law, your personal information is stored on servers located within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
• 3.3 Security Measures: We adopt industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encrypted transmission, access control, security audits, etc.
• 3.4 Service Performance and Security Assurance: Our server side is deployed with microservice governance and observability components (Ark Runtime) provided by Beijing Volcengine Technology Co., Ltd., used to guarantee service response speed and system security.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

• 4.1 No Sharing with Third Parties: Without your explicit consent, we will not sell or share your personal information with third parties, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
• 4.2 Legal Disclosure: We may disclose your personal information based on legal requirements or reasonable requests from law enforcement agencies.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and withdraw consent regarding your personal information. You can perform these operations through the App's internal settings or by contacting the developer.

7. Account Deletion

You have the right to cancel your account at any time via "My Profile -> Delete Account". Account deletion is irreversible, and relevant records will be deleted or anonymized after cancellation.

8. Protection of Minors

This application is primarily aimed at adult users. Users under 14 years of age must obtain the consent of a guardian. We do not actively collect information from minors.

9. Changes and Notification

This policy may be updated. After an update, we will notify you in a prominent location within the App. Continued use indicates that you accept the updated policy.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court at the developer's location.
